Shortcuts and quick access

The app is designed to help you perform the most common actions quickly, allowing you to focus on what's important: managing your conversations and managing them, with as few taps as possible. These shortcuts are found in various parts of the interface and allow you to save time and improve your productivity.

Bottom Navigation Bar (Tabs)​

Direct access to main sections. From any screen, you can quickly switch between:

  • Inbox
  • Conversations
  • Preferences
  • Just tap the corresponding icon in the bottom bar.

Similarly, if you hold down a conversation for a few seconds, the secondary bottom bar is activated.

Quick actions on lists​

Swiping a conversation left or right displays quick action buttons such as:

  • Mark as read/unread
  • Archive
  • Assign to an agent or team
  • Delete
  • This allows you to manage conversations without having to enter each one.

Attach files button:

On the chat screen, there's a paperclip icon for instantly attaching images, documents, or voice notes.

Quick Responses and Macros

When writing a message, you can open the quick reply menu (macros) to insert frequently asked texts with a single tap.

General​

Account Switching:

If you have access to multiple accounts, you can switch between them from the Preferences section without having to log out.

In-app notifications. Banner shortcuts:

When you receive a notification within the app, you can tap the banner to go directly to the relevant conversation or section.

Global Search. Accessible search bar:

At the top of the conversations screen or from the search section, you can quickly search for contacts, messages, or conversations.
