Billing

The Billing section in LBdesk represents the platform's financial and subscription management center, designed to provide users with complete control over their payment plans, billing information, and transaction history. This comprehensive tool allows organizations to manage their subscriptions, update billing information, and access a detailed payment history.

Tab system

The interface is structured in a tabbed layout that organizes functionality into three main sections:

Information tab

  • Purpose: Manage company billing data
  • Access: Available to all users with paid plans
  • Functionality: Allows you to configure and edit tax and contact information

Subscription tab

  • Purpose: Manage plans and subscriptions
  • Access: Available to all users
  • Functionality: View current plans, upgrades, and manage subscriptions

Invoices tab

  • Purpose: View billing history and download documents
  • Access: Available to users with paid plans
  • Functionality: View and download invoice history

Billing information tab

Status with no information

  • Display: Centered message on the screen.
  • Title: No billing address saved.
  • Description: Add an address to complete your billing information.
  • Available action: Add button, which opens the creation form.

Status with saved information

  • Display: Card with a green border.
  • Structure: Responsive two-column grid.
  • Displayed content: All billing data in read-only format.
  • Available action: Edit button, which enables information updates.

  • Appearance: Blue banner with highlighted information
  • Content: Days remaining and trial end date
  • Action: "Upgrade Now" button to upgrade the plan

Current subscription management

  • Plan Information: Name, status, price, and renewal date
  • Management Button: "Manage Subscriptions" that redirects to the billing portal
  • Plan Details: Grid with detailed information about the current plan
Upgrade

LiaDesk section

  • Availability: Only for users with paid plans
  • Title: "LiaDesk"
  • Description: "Manage usage and credits for LiaDesk AI"
  • Functionality: Purchase additional conversation packs

  • Detailed information: Date, amount, status, and details of each purchase

  • Display: Table with a list of invoices.
  • Columns included:
    • Invoice number: Unique ID or the last 8 characters of the identifier.
    • Date: Issue date in a readable format.
    • Period: Date range corresponding to the invoiced period.
    • Amount: Amount expressed in the corresponding currency.
    • Status: Color-coded label (Paid, Unpaid, Pending).

Available actions

  • Download: Button with a download icon in each row.
  • Upload Status: Visual indicator showing progress during the download.

Navigation features

  • Paginated upload: Load More button to view additional invoices.
  • Status indicators: Individual statuses for uploading and downloading invoices.

Integration with external systems

Billing portal

  • Secure redirect: Secure links to the subscription management portal
  • Synchronization: Automatic updates of externally made changes
  • Authentication: Integration with existing authentication systems

Payment system

  • Processing: Integration with payment gateway for package purchases
  • Confirmation: Automatic notifications of successful transactions
  • History: Synchronization of payment history and invoices
